• Returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or personal preferences.
• Products once sold cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise eligible under applicable consumer protection laws.
• Any approved return must be in its original condition, with all accessories and proof of purchase.

• Replacements are considered for verified manufacturing defects, incorrect products delivered, or other eligible claims.
• All replacement requests are subject to product inspection and verification by Thundermonkey or the respective manufacturer.
• Where a replacement is approved, it will be arranged subject to product availability and applicable consumer rights.

• Refunds are not offered for change of mind or products damaged through misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
• Refunds may be approved for verified defects, incorrect deliveries, or other circumstances required by applicable law.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, generally within 7–10 business days following approval.

• Products are shipped primarily through VRL Logistics and other third-party logistics providers.
• Damage caused solely during transportation is not covered under the manufacturer’s limited warranty.
• Customers must inspect shipments upon delivery and are requested to report visible damage within 24 hours, supported by photographs.
• Thundermonkey will assist with eligible logistics claims where possible. Responsibility for transit damage will be determined in accordance with applicable law.

For refunds, returns, or replacement requests, customers should contact Thundermonkey with:

• Order number and proof of purchase.
• Clear photographs or videos of the product and issue.
• A brief description of the reason for the claim.

This policy is subject to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and other applicable Indian laws. Nothing in this policy restricts customers’ statutory rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or misrepresented products.
