ThunderMonkey was founded by Ram and Kishore, surfers who had already spent years as part of India’s growing surf community before starting the brand.
They had seen first-hand how difficult it could be to find good surf equipment in India, and how little local guidance existed when it came to choosing the right board or setup.
That gap shaped ThunderMonkey. What began around surf culture has grown into a surf and water-sports equipment company focused on bringing better boards, better equipment and better information closer to the people using them.
